Soak these 2-1/8th inch redware disks in water for 15 minutes, pat dry, and put it in your cookie jar to keep your treats nice and moist. Each little disk will keep moisture levels stable for weeks when stored inside an airtight container. If the cookies begin to harden, eat them faster or re-soak these little keepers and use them again.
Each one is handmade by Zettlemoyer pottery and is food safe and lead-free.
