The first time I saw a tea Strainer was at Sandringham in the UK last June when we had High Tea. I use this quite a bit and it is good for one cup or a tea pot. It would be great if you made a larger one too. Paul Christensen SAR
Another item that is great for both historic and modern use. In addition to being authentic for historic settings, this is great for use now. I have lots of loose tea. I enjoy tea year round. Iced is so nice in the summer. Clean up from straining can be such a pain. With many styles of strainers, the tea gets stuck and the strainer never seems clean. This one strains effectively and cleans up more easily because of the smooth bowl. Even when you know what you want, this style is hard to find. If you make loose tea, you need one.
Love this beautiful tea strainer. I like the design and since I love everything Victorian, it fits right in with my tea service. It’s very good quality. Highly recommend.
