My pie dish is beautiful and bakes nice and evenly, better than any dish i have used. When i am not baking with it i have it on my table with gourds in it.

United StatesBeautiful piece of redware.
This is a gorgeous pie plate. Used for baking in a Dutch oven with a trivet in a hearth and it was both beautiful and historic. Worked a treat as well. It has a bit more of a curve vs an angular meeting of bottom to sides, which made no difference to me, but is most different from my modern cooking ware pie plates in this aspect.

We got it quickly and are very pleased with it. Fits nicely in our Dutch oven. Great price, highly recommend!
