Every kitchen needs at least one wooden mixing spoon. This single-piece turned spoon is made of solid beech wood and ready to whip up some magic. Care is very simple. Hand wash it like you would any other spoon and make sure to let it air dry. Rub it down with a little cooking oil occasionally to maintain the wood.

It worked great and didn’t get weird after a few uses/washes. Did mostly hearth and open fire cooking and it worked lovely. Would recommend. Note- this has a relatively short handle, so you’ll be right in there with your work.
