I just received my 8 quart pot today 30 Nov 2023 and I must say this is one fine piece of iron! I saw some reviews mention slag or rough seams inside the pot but I found no issues with mine, it's ready to start cooking with after a good washing to remove any manufacturing residue. Another thing I really enjoy about this pot is the price, there is another company in Indiana that also sells 18th century items and they would have charged at least three times what I paid for this one. Thank you for offering quality products at a decent price, I am now a loyal customer and will be buying more from you in the future.

Great pot and excellent price. I don't believe you'll find a better pot for a better price. Had to smooth out the inside a little by sanding, but that's just me. it was ready out of box. The wife and I are well pleased.
